General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for the Online Shop www.bio-gran.com


1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses (hereinafter referred to as "customers") via our online shop www.bio-gran.com.

1.2 A consumer, as defined by these GTC, is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A business is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership acting in the exercise of its trade, business, or professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.


2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The purchase contract is concluded with:

2.2 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.

2.3 By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

2.4 The acceptance of the offer occurs through an order confirmation email or by shipping the goods.


3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT.

3.2 Shipping costs are additional and will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

3.3 We offer the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

3.4 The purchase price is due immediately.


4. Delivery

4.1 Deliveries are made within the European Union to the shipping address provided by the customer.

4.2 Delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days within the EU unless otherwise specified.

4.3 If a product is unavailable, we will notify the customer immediately and refund any payments already made.


5. Right of Withdrawal

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.


7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 Statutory warranty rights apply.

7.2 We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.


8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://bio-gran.com/policies/privacy-policy.


9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany or Austria apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

9.2 For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of protections afforded by mandatory provisions of the law in their country of residence.


10. Discount Codes and Vouchers

10.1 Redeeming Discount Codes

  • Discount codes (e.g., promotional or marketing vouchers) can only be redeemed within the specified period and are limited to one use per order.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Cash redemption or retroactive application of discounts is excluded.
  • Discount codes may be subject to minimum order values or specific product restrictions, which will be communicated upon issuance.

10.2 Exclusions

  • Discount codes do not apply to products explicitly excluded from the promotion (e.g., sale items or special offers).
  • Discount codes are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

10.3 Redeeming Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in our online shop for the purchase of goods.
  • Voucher balances do not accrue interest and cannot be paid out in cash.
  • If the value of a gift voucher is insufficient, the difference can be paid using any accepted payment method.

10.4 Misuse of Discount Codes

  • In the case of fraud, deception, or other unauthorized activities related to discount codes, we reserve the right to deactivate the code and cancel the purchase.

11. Electronic Invoicing and Delivery Notes

11.1 The customer agrees to receive invoices and delivery notes electronically, such as via email to the address provided or through a customer portal. Physical copies will not be included in the package unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

11.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is valid and capable of receiving electronic documents. Upon request, the seller will provide paper copies of invoices and delivery notes.
